Innovative Government Solutions (IGS) Joint Venture (JV) has been awarded 1 of 25 spots on the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI) Small Business (SB) Pool, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.  

The $7.5 billion vehicle provides IGS JV with a 10-year runway to research, design, develop, integrate, and optimize Information Technology (IT) capabilities and solutions for various agencies within the Department of Defense (DoD). IGS JV is very proud to use its prowess in engineering and technological advancement in support of our nation`s warfighters.  

IGS JV is an All Small Mentor Protégé Program (ASMPP) JV formed between LightGrid, LLC (LightGrid), a Historically Underutilized Zone (HUBZone) SB, and its large business mentor, Trace Systems Inc. When asked about their partnership, LightGrid CEO Dean Miroulis, commented:
