(Virginia Beach, VA., January 17, 2023) — LightGrid, LLC (LightGrid) is pleased to announce that Keith
Hansen has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Dean Miroulis, who has been CEO since
LightGrid’s inception will continue as an Executive Chairman.

Mr. Hansen joined the LightGrid Team in 2017 to take on program management of LightGrid’s first
prime program supporting DISA IE1. Since then, he founded a Program Management Office (PMO) for
consolidating operational management of LightGrid’s programs and was named PMO Director. Most
recently Mr. Hansen served in the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Mr. Hansen has over 20 years supporting the Department of Defense in IT management and strategic
decision making. He is a veteran from the U.S. Navy’s aviation community and has served honorably as
an active-duty airman and contractor in austere environments worldwide. Before joining the LightGrid
Team, Mr. Hansen held positions at Copper River Enterprise Services, Northrup Grumman, and CACI
where he supported cybersecurity and IT programs and projects for customers such as USCYBERCOM,
DISA and JFHQ-DODIN, CERDEC C5ISR, and INSCOM G6.

Mr. Hansen received a BS Degree in Cybersecurity from University of Maryland University College and an
MBA with specializations in entrepreneurship and leadership from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
